Functionality

  • How can I reset my password?
    • Simply click on RESET PASSWORD on the SIGN IN page.  An email  notification will be sent to the account Parent with specific password reset instruction
  • The content is not displayed properly?
  • How can I report errors with the app?
    • Our customer service team is available to help with errors.  Please tell us more about your any issues using the SERVICE REQUEST button on this page

Sign In

  • I am a student, and am having trouble signing in.
    • The “Username” and “Password” fields are both case sensitive
    • If you forgot your USERNAME, please ask your Parent to provide it to you again
    • If you forgot your PASSWORD, please use the FORGOT PASSWORD link, and your Parent will be asked to reset it for you
  • I am a Parent or Teacher, and am having trouble signing in.
    • The “Username” and “Password” fields are both case sensitive
    • If you forgot your PASSWORD, please use the FORGOT PASSWORD link, and an email will be sent to you with reset instructions
    • Your USERNAME is the email address that you used for registration.  This email address is your unique identifier and cannot be changed or reset at this time

Registration and Subscription

  • How long will my trial period last?
    • User trials are limited to 30 days.  We encourage all users to explore the application during this period and experience the benefits of STEM Village.
  • How do I subscribe?
    • At this time, online billing is not supported by STEM Village.  In order to subscribe please contact one of our account admin at (416) 304-9698 for assistance.
  • What is the cost of STEM Village?
    • Participation in STEM Village is by subscription only.  The various pricing options can be found HERE.

The Learning Experience

  • How often will content be undated?
    • We are continually adding additional content to STEM Village.  Our Technology and Discovery sections are updated weekly, and we will soon be adding additional grades for math and science.
  • What new topics can I expect to see going forward?
    • Our team is constantly developing new learning paths for the Technology and Discovery sections of the app
    • New topics and learning levels are based on Student, Teacher and Parent feedback.  Please do not hesitate to send us suggestions at info@stemvillage.com
  • When will support for additional grades be available?
    • Specific skills mapping for all provinces and states will be coming soon
  • How can I adjust the content for non Ontario-based students?
    • Only Math and Science are mapped specifically to the Ontario curriculum
    • Most Grade level skills are consistent across provinces and states
    • All available skills can be found by navigating using the ALL SCIENCE SKILLS and ALL MATH SKILLS  menus found on the Student Dashboard
